Who we are

DOL Freedom Ministries ("we", "us") runs dolministries.com. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, email [email protected].

What we collect

When you send the contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address
• your phone number, if you give one
• how you would like us to contact you
• your message, and anything you choose to include in it
• your confirmation that you are 18 or older and that you agreed to this policy, with the date
• your electronic signature on our Ministry Agreement: the name you typed, the date and time, and the version you signed

If you book an appointment, we also keep the date, time and time zone you chose. If you answer our questionnaire, we keep your answers. If you give a love offering, we keep its amount, date and any discount code used.

To protect the form from abuse, our server briefly uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. These counters are deleted automatically within an hour.

Sensitive information

What you choose to share may include your religious beliefs, your health, past trauma, or your family history. We ask for your explicit consent before you send it, and we use it only to respond to you and minister to you.

Please do not include information about anyone under 18, or financial or identification numbers.

How we use your information

We use your information only to:

• read and respond to your request
• arrange and prepare for your appointment
• pray for you

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to mailing lists. The only emails we send you are about your request, such as a link to your next steps.

Who can see it

Only members of the ministry team who have an admin account can see your request. Each account is protected by a password, two-factor authentication is available, and every time someone opens a request it is recorded.

We keep what you share confidential. The only exceptions are when someone’s safety is at risk, when the law requires us to report or disclose information, or when a payment is disputed: then we may give your signed Ministry Agreement and the payment and booking records to Stripe and your bank or card provider.

Services that help us

We use a small number of providers to run this website. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:

• ShekinaTech hosts the database where your request is stored.
• PurelyMail sends our emails, including any we send to you.
• AppointedScheduler handles appointment booking. It receives your name, email address, phone number (if given), contact preference and appointment time, and sends your confirmation and calendar invitation.
• ShekinaForm collects your questionnaire answers and stores them encrypted.
• Stripe processes love offerings. It receives your email address and the payment details you enter on its secure page, and sends your receipt. We never see or store your card or bank details; we keep only the amount, date and any discount code used.

Cookies and tracking

Our public pages do not use cookies, analytics, or tracking of any kind. The admin area used by our team sets one essential cookie to keep team members signed in.

How long we keep it

Your request, including your message and our notes about it, is deleted automatically 12 months after you send it. We delete the appointment and questionnaire records held by our scheduling and form providers on the same schedule.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our contact form is for adults. People under 18 may not use it, and we do not knowingly collect information from or about anyone under 18 through this website.

A parent or guardian can arrange an appointment for their child by emailing [email protected]. If we learn that someone under 18 has sent us information through the website, we will delete it.

Security

Information travels to and from this website over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is limited to signed-in team members, and sign-in attempts are rate limited. No system is perfectly secure, so please share only what you are comfortable sharing.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
